My coach has been great to work with. She has taken the time to understand my needs and helped tailor systems to me and how I actually process information.

I have a better understanding of how my ADHD affects my learning and day to day life. My coach and I together came up with strategies I can implement when I feel stressed or overwhelmed. She has helped me become much more organized and focused on my work.
