Services:

This program provides access to a 6-week adult executive function coaching group designed to help participants build practical strategies, strengthen daily routines, and develop sustainable habits through expert guidance, structured learning, and peer support.

The program includes:

-Six (6) weekly group coaching sessions, held on Wednesdays, each lasting approximately 75 minutes. Sessions focus on building executive function skills, developing practical strategies, and applying those skills to participants' personal and professional lives.
-Guided discussions, interactive activities, and accountability designed to help participants implement new habits and routines between sessions.
-Group support and collaboration, providing opportunities to learn from and encourage fellow participants throughout the program.

Billing:

Enrollment in the program requires payment of the program fee, which secures your place in the 6-week group. Payment is due at the time of registration unless an approved payment plan has been arranged.

Because space in the group is reserved upon enrollment, program fees are non-refundable and are not reduced or prorated for missed sessions, cancellations, or non-attendance.
