By purchasing a one time drop-in session, you agree to attend the specific date you selected at checkout. If you are unable to attend, you must contact our team before your scheduled session to request a reschedule.

Rescheduling is only permitted within the same calendar week (Monday-Sunday) of the original session.

Failure to reschedule within the allowed time frame may result in the session being lost without refund.
