Summer 2026 Group Programs – Terms & Agreement

Services:
This purchase provides enrollment in one (1) of our in-person summer group programs. These groups are designed to help students and young adults build executive functioning skills to support success in academics, work, and daily life while maintaining summer momentum and easing the transition back to structured routines.

Each group includes:
-Three (3) consecutive days (Tuesday–Thursday)
-Three (3) hours per day
-Session times of either 9:30 AM–12:30 PM or 1:00 PM–4:00 PM, depending on the selected group and cohort

Additional program details, including location and materials, will be provided prior to the start of the group.

Billing & Attendance Policy:
Payment in full is required to reserve and secure a spot in the selected group.

Please note:
-Enrollment is offered at a fixed rate and is not adjusted based on attendance or participation.
-No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be provided for missed, canceled, or unattended sessions.
-Payment covers access to the full program, regardless of the level of participation or use of services.
-If a participant is no longer able to attend the group they originally registered for, they may transfer to another available group (if space allows) or receive the program content through individual coaching sessions. In this case, the original payment may be applied as a credit toward the alternate service.

Minimum Enrollment Requirement:
All groups are subject to a minimum enrollment requirement. If a group does not meet the required minimum number of participants, the group may not run.

In the event that a group does not meet minimum enrollment:
-The program content will be offered through individual coaching sessions instead.
-In lieu of a refund, participants will receive six (6) one-to-one coaching session(s) of comparable value.
